Amerivita Home Health Care is a home health care company with full coverage in Osceloa, Orange, Seminole and Brevard counties in Florida. We are a CHAP Accredited and Medicare/Medicaid certified agency, and are pursuing a future partnership with Accountable Care Organizations. We are also a member of Home Care Association of Florida.
As such, it is our responsibility to provide compassionate care and immediate response to the medical and personal healthcare needs of our clients in their home. We have carefully designed our healthcare programs to address their diverse health demands and help them regain their function and independence as they recover from an injury or deal with a health condition.
