Amerivita Home Health Care has professional nurses to help patients manage their wounds for a complete and quick recovery or healing. They will coordinate with our patient’s primary physician in order to effectively follow a set of wound care procedures which are necessary to meet their needs. Our patients can expect that they are in capable hands as we only use effective wound care management methods.
Our medical team can treat:
- Infected wounds
- Diabetic wounds
- Traumatic wounds
- Pressure ulcers
- And more
As such, we also provide IV services to patients who require an IV for their medication. We do IV administration for medication administration for patients that are on antibiotics, IG, TPN, etc. If you wish to receive IV services from us, please ask for a referral from your healthcare provider.
